You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. After 14 days, returns will not be accepted, and no store credit or refund will be provided. Returns cannot be accepted after 60 days from the date of purchase.

We DO NOT accept returns on chemicals, polyurea, epoxy, pigments, and/or dyes.

Products must be returned unopened and in the original packaging. Any included accessories must be returned with the product for a full refund. Items showing obvious signs of misuse will not be credited. Modified or used new products cannot be returned.

A 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns of new equipment. XPS Scotland Ltd DOES NOT accept returns on USED Equipment purchases.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), in which case XPS Scotland Ltd will cover return shipping costs.

Credit for returns is typically processed within 3 business days of receiving the merchandise. Refunds are issued to the original payment method provided during the initial order.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of returning your package, although refunds may be processed sooner. This time frame includes the transit time for us to receive your return, process it, and for your bank to process the refund.
